Surface treatments

TRANSLYFT can make your lifting table in these four surfaces:

Stainless steel

Our stainless steel products are incredibly popular because they are durable, corrosion-free and easy to clean. They can withstand intensive cleaning and are therefore particularly suitable for environments where hygiene is essential. A stainless steel lifting table is a bigger investment than the standard in ordinary steel, but because they are extremely durable the total cost of ownership will easily be worth it.

We offer lifting tables in AISI 304 or 316.

Galvanized steel

Galvanized steel is steel coated with a protective layer of zinc. And even though the surface is scratched, the steel does not rust. Therefore, we always suggest a galvanized solution for lifting tables that are going to be mounted  outside.
A special feature for the galvanized table is the closed hydraulic system that keeps moisture out of the system, which makes the solution more durable and suitable for harsh environments such as e.g corrosive environments.

ATEX is  explosion-proof lifting solutions. An ATEX lifting solution is manufactured exclusively from certified parts and a sealed electrical system ensures that sparks are not generated.

ATEX solutions are produced for hazardous environments and we have delivered solutions to the offshore industry, the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry.

Because ATEX is part of the design itself, we can deliver a ATEX lifting table in both painted, galvanized steel and stainless steel finishes.

Most of our lifting tables are delivered with a painted surface. The lifting table is made of steel and then painted in either our standard color (steel blue RAL 5011) or any colours from the RAL scale.
