Goods lift makes supermarked possible in new building
A building company contacted us to find a solution for a smaller goods lift in a new building. Translyft was quick with the right solution and drawings for the architect.
The challenge
A building company was constructing a new building with a supermarked on the bottom floor and apartsments above it. The goods lift needed to be placed next to a build-in garage for the tenants, which did not leave much space.
The goods lift should be the delivery channel for goods in and out of the supermarked, bringing the goods up from basement level to the first floor.
The solution
The solutions was a small goods lift with shafts that had been customized for the exact needs of the building company. The lift is allowed to carry 2 operators as well as goods. It has a 2000 kg capacity.
The result
The small supermarked can operate due to the goods lift, as this is the main entrance for everything. All goods go in from this lift and all trash, bottles and more goes out this way so a stabil and robust solution was needed.
