Lifting goods between levels in supermarked
The owner of a building was looking for a solution to connect the ground floor of a building to the basement. Translyft delivered a goods lift with shafts that solved the problem.
The challenge
In Bremen, Germany, a building owner was searching for a solution to make his building suitable for housing a supermarket. He found Translyft DE on Google, and his technical facility planning company and Translyft found the perfect solution for the building.
The solution
The solution was a goods lift with shafts, that was attached to a single wall between the levels. It travels 5 meters.
A low closed height was a must due to a low ceiling. Another request was dead man steering when using the lift. Translyft delivered on all of it and had the goods lift installed as well.
Translyft had close coordination with the building site which made the process easier for everyone.
The result
The store is happy with the lift that is used many times a day when filling the store with products.
The installations team was happy with the professional approach from Translyft:
“Translyft was flexible with the delivery of the lift. During the installation, they handled any issue on site. We will be using them again in future projects.”
Marvin Hägelbaümer/Eike Schnier, ELPLAN GmbH.
The building owner is happy that everything is working as planned.
“Translyft had the right solution for our problem. The price was right, the installation went well, and everyone was happy. I will recommend Translyft to anyone that needs a lifting solution.”
