When a company wants a fully automated solution from scratch, TRANSLYFT is usually contacted to deliver a specific and highly customized solution to be a part of such a system. In this case a cooperation with Panpac Engineering gave the customer a big bag solution for their granulated fertilizer.

AB Lifosa, one of the largest fertilizer manufacturers in Europe, needed a fully automated system for their big bag packaging. They contacted Panpac in Denmark to build a system. Panpac needed a lifting column to complete their system, which TRANSLYFT manufactured.
The column has a capacity of 1500 kg and travels 1400 mm. We delivered the column without steering but with terminal strip so that Panpac could build the column into their packaging system.
The column is mounted in the last bit of the packaging system where it lifts the big bags while a pneumatic arm sealed filling spout into the big bag.
Translyft made a lifting solution for integration in the Panpac setup. This collaboration made the packaging line quick and efficient.
