Translyft roller curtains provide an effective safety barrier for lifting tables and lifting platforms. Installed around the scissor mechanism, the roller curtain creates a physical guard that helps prevent workers from accessing hazardous moving parts during operation.

While the roller curtain also protects the lifting table’s scissor mechanism from dirt, debris, and accidental impact, its primary purpose is to improve operator safety by reducing the risk of entrapment and  clamping accidents. By preventing access beneath the platform and around the moving scissor assembly, the curtain helps ensure that operators and bystanders remain at a safe distance while the lifting table is in motion.

The roller curtain automatically extends and retracts with the movement of the lifting platform. It maintains continuous protection throughout the entire lifting cycle without restricting the operation of the equipment.
