- The motor will not start

This can be caused by:
- - The switch for the isolator being in the OFF position. Fix it by activating the switch by turning it ON.
- - No power supply. Fix it by checking the power source.
- - The emergency stop being activated. Release it by turning the button clockwise.
- - Circuit breakers on the primary or secondary lines are turned on. Fix it by verifying the cause, then restarting.
- - The switch for the isolator being in the OFF position. Fix it by activating the switch by turning it ON.

- The lifting table does not lower

This can be caused by:
- - The safety trip bar has been activated - Get rid of any stuck obstacles. Recet by pressing the up briefly and then the downward button again.
- - The emergency stop is activated. - Release it by turning the button clockwise.
- - Faulty electrical wiring. -Verify the connections.
- - Primary or secondary line fuses being activated. - Verify the cause and then restore to default settings.
- - The pressure relief valve remaining closed. Inspect the electrical circuit. It is possible that the valve cartridge or solenoid coil may need replacement.

- The lift is not moving

This can be caused by:
- - The motor rotating in the wrong direction. Fix it by changing the two fases (Switch of the isolator before beginning this proces)
- - The safety valve opens. This means that there is overload on the table. Remove weight from the lift.
- - Electrical connection error. Fix it by checking the connection.
- - Overload on the lift table. Remove excess weight from the lift table.
- - An inadequate quantity of oil. Just add oil until the desired level is reached.
- - The motor rotating in the wrong direction. Fix it by changing the two fases (Switch of the isolator before beginning this proces)

- Lift table lowers without pushing any button

This can be caused by:
- - The oil volume falling as a result of oil cooling. – this is perfectly normal. However, if this is inconvenient for you call us at +45 9886 4900 and we can find a solution for you.
- - Contamination in the hydraulic system. You need to follow three steps to fix this: Run the lift many times to clear any impurities from the valve seating. Dismantle the lowering valve, inspect the valve cartridges, and clean them. Replace the lowering and check valve cartridges and replace the oil with fresh oil.

- Faster or slower lifting and lowering speed

This can be caused by:
- - The flow control valve being incorrectly adjusted. - Modify the flow control valve. Caution! High speed might lead to greater risk for unstable products.

- Shaky movements when lifting and lowering

This can be caused by:
- - Faulty electrical wiring. -Fix it by verifying the connections.
- - The emergency stop is activated. - Release it by turning the button clockwise.
- - Air being present in the hydraulic system. - Inspect the oil level. Operate the table regurlarly at 5-minute intervals. When the table is at its lowest position, push the Down button for 30 seconds.
