Translyft electric lift

Electric lifts

An electric lift is a typical piece of machinery. It differs from the more common hydraulic lift by being more precise and silent. Simply position a product on the platform and raise or lower it to the desired height. An electric lift table is a popular tool since it is simple to use and can be used for almost anything. It can be used in almost every sector, including the food industry, the timber industry, the metal industry, and the oil industry, to name just a few.

Electric lifts make sure that the employees can work more ergonomic. You can change the platform's height to give you the best working height for your task. The steering on most hydraulic lift tables has only two options: up or down. This makes it easier to use and it can be managed with just a single operator. One of the many advantages of a lifting table is the ability to quickly and securely move even big items. This makes the operator's work easier and eliminates the need for hard lifting, straining, or bending to carry heavy loads.

Our electric lifts are highly robust and can be used for a range of activities, including service, assembly, and packing. Where the welfare of the working workers is an issue, an electric lift is a good choice.

Electric lifts allow you to raise your product to the ideal working height for any employee. The table goes vertically up in a straight line. If you have other needs TRANSLYFT can adapt the movement to fit other specifications.

Improved health and security

An electric lift from Translyft will help you function more effectively and prevent accidents like musculoskeletal disorders (also known as MSD). Employees can be relieved of physical stress if moving machinery such as an electric lift is used to prevent them from lifting, bending, and turning. Rrepeated bending, turning and lifting can lead to MSDs after several weeks/months/years.

You'll have a healthier, less fatigued workforce that will last longer, saving you money for recruiting and educating new workers.

Many people underestimate the cost of MSD-related sick leave, but some reports have shown that it is a substantial expense. In 2017, the cost of worker accidents in the United Kingdom was reported to be £15.0 billion.

If the workers perform any of the following activities many times a day, ergonomic options should be considered:

  • crouching, or stooping
  • stretching, reaching, and twisting
  • lifting heavy objects
  • pushing, pulling, or dragging heavy loads
  • constant or extreme force
  • repetitive work, specially while using the same muscles over and over
  • execute similar tasks for a long period of time
  • using hand-held power tools for a long time
  • driving long-distance or through rough landscape

Translyft electric lift
An electric lift has many advantages

Translyft electric lift tables address a number of issues, including level variations, transitions from ground to mezzanine levels, carrying goods to the proper working height on the ground, and lifting workers to the proper working height on a work platform. Both of these decisions have two things in common: ergonomics and quality.

An electric lift table increases both health and safety, improves workflow, and keeps workers comfortable by eliminating the need for heavy lifting.

We have three product lines: our extra-sturdy core line, our Silverline budget lifts, and our hygienic line, which is ideal for cleanrooms, the food, and pharmaceutical industries. We have painted steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel items. We are now certified to build and assemble ATEX devices.

Electric lifts provide protection

Translyft and safety are inextricably related. To ensure that protection is a top priority, we obey the system directive and EN 1570. Of addition, safety features such as the safety trip bar that prevents clamping injuries are included. To prevent any injuries whilst this work is being performed, service locks have been designed to protect the employee during service and maintenance.

It's also simple to add additional safety features to your electric lift. Bellows, roller curtains, or chain mesh may all be used for this. You should also equip the electric lift with safety features to make sure that neither the products nor the people on it fall down. Rails, gates, and kickplates can all be used to do this.

You can also make your hydraulic lift table more portable with the right adapter. Flex stairs are a common option since they allow you to reach the lift at any height without having to lower or boost the lift to climb off if you need additional equipment to complete the task. This is extremely useful in terms of performance.
