Lightweight aluminium work platform
A large company needed a mobile, ergonomic work platform designed for height access across variable locations. It needed to be easy to maneuver and built for daily use in industrial environments

A large manufacturing company required a mobile platform to perform maintenance and operational tasks at height throughout the factory floor. Traditional steel platforms were too heavy to move and inefficient in a dynamic work environment.
- The solution
Translyft supplied a lightweight aluminium work platform designed for easy mobility and daily use. The platform weighs just 470 kg and can be pushed manually by one person. It is equipped with large, low-friction nylon wheels that swivel, making steering smooth and precise even in narrow spaces.
The model has a safe working load (SWL) of 500 kg, allowing four people to work on the platform with all necessary tools. An integrated toolbox ensures tools are stored safely and remain within reach. A foot pedal allows the user to adjust the platform height without interrupting work.
